ENMU competes in NCAA Division II and is a member of the Lone Star Conference (LSC). We joined the conference in 1984 as the first member outside Texas. The LSC currently includes 15 universities in three states: New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma, and is one of the largest conferences in NCAA Division II. Eastern has won LSC or LSC South Division titles in football, men's basketball, women's basketball, softball and volleyball. National titles have been won in men's basketball, men's golf, men's cross country, and men's track and field.
