SCHEDULE CHANGES...the Zia softball team will not play Oklahoma Panhandle State at home on Tuesday, April 14. Instead the teams played in Portales in March and played in Goodwell on Sunday, April 5. ENMU won all six contests.

Zia Softball (18-21-1, 4-4 LSC-South)...play their final home weekend series on Friday and Saturday against LSC-South rival Tarleton State. The TexAnns, under head coach Julie Mata, are currently 24-8-1 overall and 2-2 in LSC-South competition. TSU split with Texas A&M-Kingsville last weekend. Jennifer Maupin leads the team in hitting at .440. Heather Russell and Caryn Holbrook carry the pitching load. The Zias and TSU are in a three-way tie for second place in the South Division with Abilene Christian.

Greyhound Baseball (16-23, 0-4 LSC-South)...struggled last week losing games to New Mexico Highlands and West Texas A&M. They hope to rebound this week when Abilene Christian comes to Portales for a four-game LSC-South Division series. These will be the Greyhounds only home games in the month of April. Abilene Christian is currently 26-10 overall and 2-2 in the LSC-South. The Wildcats split with Tarleton State over the weekend.

The Zia Tennis Team (4-7)...will be idle until April 16-18 when they go to the University of Central Oklahoma Invitational.
