WOMEN’S BASKETBALL (FIRST GAME)
The Eastern New Mexico women’s basketball team, which finished the 1997-98 season with a 15-12 overall record, opens the 1998-99 season on Thur., Nov. 19 at Central Oklahoma. The LSC crossover game, which does not count in the divisional standings, is set to tipoff at 5:00 p.m. (MST)

The Zias also play on the road on Sat., Nov. 21, when they take on North-eastern State (Okla.) in another LSC crossover game. Tipoff in Tahlaquah, Okla. is schedule for 5:00 p.m. (MST) .

Overall, the Zias play five consecutive road games to start the season. After playing the two LSC crossover games, the Zias compete in the Regis University Tournament in Denver, Colo. Nov. 27-28. The road trip concludes with a game at Oklahoma Panhandle State, Dec 1 at 5:00 p.m. (MST). The Zias play their first home game on Thur., Dec. 3 against Southeastern Oklahoma at 5:30 p.m. MST.
