CROSS COUNTRY
The Eastern New Mexico men’s and women’s cross country teams open their 1998 schedules this weekend at the Texas Tech Invitational on Sat., Sept. 12 in Lubbock, Texas.

Head Coach Jeff Arthur has increased the number of runners on both teams. The Greyhounds and the Zias hope to have successful seasons this fall.

Eastern’s only home meet of the season, the ENMU Enchanted Desert Cross Country Race is set for Sat., Sept. 26. The race, which is part of ENMU’s Homecoming festivities, will take place near Greyhound Stadium, providing cross country spectators with an excellent view of the event from the home stands.
