ENMU HEAD BASEBALL COACH
PHIL CLABAUGH CHOSEN
FOR LSC TOURNAMENT GAMES COMMITTEE
PORTALES, NM — Eastern New Mexico University head baseball coach Phil Clabaugh has been selected as one of four members on the Lone Star Conference Baseball Tournament Games Committee.

Clabaugh is filling the spot normally held by LSC Baseball Chairman Jack Allen, who is participating in the tournament as head coach of Tarleton State.

Other committee members are Umpire-In-Chief Doug McClure from Norman, Okla., Athletic Director Don Parham from tournament host Southeastern Oklahoma State, and LSC Director of Media Relations Brian Briscoe.

The Games Committee is in charge of the tournament operations, and will deal with any problems or misconduct. A highly competitive and exciting tournament is expected, as North Division champion Southeastern and South Division champion Tarleton State are joined by Northeastern State (Okla.) and Abilene Christian in the double-elimination event.

Tournament action begins on Thurs., Apr. 29 and continues through the weekend.

Clabaugh recently completed his 8th season at Eastern New Mexico University. He has won 290 games (194 at ENMU) in his 12-year career as a collegiate head coach.
