After narrowly losing the first game, 15-17, the Zias rolled to a 15-6 win in the second game. Eastern then closed out the match by winning the next two games by identical 15-13 scores.

In the two matches between ENMU and WNMU this season 6 of the 7 games have been decided by a 2-point margin.
