COOPER FROM CHAFFEY COLLEGE SIGNS ENMU BASKETBALL SCHOLARSHIP At Chaffey College, Cooper averaged 22 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals last season. He led the Foothill Conference in steals and ranked among the top five in scoring. He provided excellent team leadership for Chaffey Head Coach Nurses Napoleon, while earning First Team All-Conference honors. Cooper, originally from Richton Park, Ill. attended Rich South High School. Richton Park is a suburb of Chicago. Cooper and one freshman recruit have signed scholarships this summer. They join three returning players from the 1999-2000 ENMU team, giving the Greyhounds five players on the current roster for 2000-01. Scanlan and Assistant Coach Doug Davalos will continue recruiting throughout the summer, as they work to increase the squad size to 13-15 players. EASTERN
