ENMU WOMEN’S BASKETBALL TEAM SIGNS
THREE PLAYERS
PORTALES, NM — Wayne Moore, head women’s basketball coach at Eastern New Mexico University, has announced the signing of three incoming freshmen to National Letters of Intent.

The student-athletes are Patricia Doherty (Plano, TX/Plano East H.S.), Tia Doss (Albuquerque, NM/Highland H.S.) and Juliana Morrison (Amarillo, TX/Palo Duro H.S.). Doherty signed during the early signing period last fall, while Doss and Morrison signed during the regular singing period this spring.

The Zias were 17-10 last season and qualified for the Lone Star Conference Tournament. ENMU earned a 10-6 record in the LSC South, and was the only Lone Star team to defeat eventual LSC champion Texas A&M-Kingsville. The Zias downed the Lady Javelinas, 69-66, on January 22.
