BRANDON RIDENOUR NAMED TO LSC SOUTH ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
PORTALES, NM — Eastern New Mexico University junior forward Brandon Ridenour (6’2”, 170 lbs., Lovington, NM/New Mexico J.C.) has been named to the Lone Star Conference South Division All-Academic Team for the 1999-2000 season as selected by the LSC South sports information directors. Student-athletes were chosen for the All-Academic Team based upon their academic and athletic success.

Ridenour, who is majoring in Computer Information Systems at ENMU, started all 26 games for the Greyhounds. He led the team in scoring with 348 points, an average of 13.4 points per game.

In two seasons at ENMU, he has scored 522 points. Ridenour has also been successful in the classroom. He has a 3.83 cumulative grade point average at ENMU. His GPA was the highest for all players on the All-Academic Team.

Just five players were selected for the LSC South All-Academic Team. Those players, along with four other student-athletes, qualified for the LSC South Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Starters and key reserves with at least a 3.2 grade point average and 24 semester hours at an LSC member institution were eligible for the Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
