ENMU ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN MEN’S BASKETBALL SCHEDULE
PORTALES, NM — Eastern New Mexico University’s men’s basketball schedule has undergone several changes. Head Coach Shawn Scanlan and Athletic Director Rosie Stallman announced the changes today.

Eastern New Mexico was originally scheduled to play Western New Mexico University at The Pit in Albuquerque on Dec. 16, at 5:00 p.m. MST, in a double-header, with the University of New Mexico hosting the other game. UNM’s opponent dropped out of its game with the Lobos, effectively cancelling the double-header.

ENMU has rescheduled the game with WNMU to take place in Portales on Dec. 7 at 7:00 p.m. MST. Eastern has also rescheduled its game with WNMU scheduled for Silver City on Dec. 6th. That game has changed to December 16, and will still be played at 7:00 p.m. MST.

The Greyhounds will still play at The Pit against the University of New Mexico on Nov. 29 at 7:00 p.m. (MST). The game will count as an exhibition for ENMU, but will be a regular season game for UNM.

Eastern opens its season at New Mexico Highlands on Nov. 17 in Las Vegas, N.M. The Greyhounds play their first home game on Nov. 21, also against New Mexico Highlands. ENMU’s home game with NMHU is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. MST at Greyhound Arena.

Overall, ENMU will play 26 regular season games, plus the exhibition with UNM. The Hounds will play 10 games at home, including six games against LSC South opponents.
