PORTALES, NM -- Eastern New Mexico University head football coach Harold “Bud” Elliott has announced the signing of 20 incoming freshman student-athletes to National Letters of Intent. The following is a list of players who have signed 2000-2001 National Letters of Intent with Eastern New Mexico:
