ZIAS WILL PLAY HOME MATCHES THIS WEEKEND
AT THE PORTALES CITY COURTS
PORTALES, NM — The Eastern New Mexico University women’s tennis team will play its home matches scheduled for Saturday, Mar. 17, at the Portales City Tennis Courts. The Zias will take on West Texas A&M University in a Lone Star Conference match at 10:00 a.m. (MST), and will play Fort Hays State University in non-conference action at 2:00 p.m. (MST).

ENMU, ranked #10 in NCAA Division II, is currently 2-3 on the season. The Zias are led by #1 singles and #1 doubles player Layla Turner (Jr., Casa Grande, AZ/Casa Grande Union H.S.), who is ranked #4 nationally in singles. Turner also is ranked #13 nationally in doubles with partner Bethanie Nix (Fr., Spring, TX/Newman Smith H.S.).
