Head Trainer Ed Kabrick

In his third year at ENMU is Athletic Trainer Ed Kabrick. 41- year-old Kabrick is a certified athletic trainer and is responsible for all ENMU varsity teams. A native of Des Moines, Iowa, Kabrick also teaches in ENMU health and physical education department.

Kabrick graduated from Drake University in 1985 and earned a master's degree in 1988 from Illinois State University. He was the head trainer at Illinois College in the fall of 1989 and served the Des Moines junior league hockey team in the 1989-90 seasons. He was also head trainer at NSU from 1990-93. He was an adjunct professor at NSU Muskogee Campus from 1993-2001. Kabrick spent the past 8 years coordinating the Tulsa Regional Sports Medicine in Oklahoma. Tulsa Regional Sports Medicine works with 26 area high schools, the Tulsa Ballet, Longhorn World Championship Rodeo, IFR 25 and 26 finals, and is the east medical provider for the Oklahoma All State Games.

He is married to the former Jackie Rider of Stilwell, OK. They have a 16-year- old daughter, Megan, who is an 10th grader at Portales Middle School.
